PCB Design

Capabilities include – but are not limited to – the following:

  • ECAD tools: Altium Designer, Cadence, KiCad.
  • Schematic capture, library creation and maintenance (symbols, footprints).
  • Complex, mixed-signal, multi-layer PCBs (12+ layers, HDI).
  • BGA designs (0.5mm pitch).
  • High-speed, sensitive, and high I/O-count designs (RF, FPGA, DDR, PCIe, USB3.).
  • Design for EMC and signal integrity (controlled impedance, cross talk, noise, ..).
  • Mechanical considerations, shielding, connector I/O layout.
  • Stack-up and build-up design.
  • Production file generation (detailed assembly drawings, documentation).
  • Component sourcing, communication with fab/assembly houses.

Circuit Design

Capabilities include – but are not limited to – the following:

  • System-level design and requirements capture.
  • Part selection.
  • Analogue (power, audio, RF, etc.) and digital (MCU, FPGA/SoC, etc.) circuit design.
  • Simulation (SPICE).
  • In-house tests (full-equipped electronic lab available).
